About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Qesm 1st 6 October and involves providing clear information, guidance and support to customers across multiple digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
- Resolve inquiries and issues while documenting interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed and meet performance targets.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills at B2–C1 level (speaking, listening, reading, writing).
- Customer service and problem‑solving abilities, including active listening, conflict resolution and empathy.
- Computer literacy with ability to use CRM systems, email platforms and basic office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communication is a plus.
