English Speaking Customer Service Agent (Voice/Non‑Voice)

About the role

ETISAL International Group is seeking English‑speaking agents to join its Cairo contact centre. The position is full‑time and on‑site, handling both voice and non‑voice interactions with customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, chat, email and other digital channels.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve issues and provide accurate product or service information.
• Document all interactions in the company’s systems following established procedures.
• Meet performance and quality targets while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with solid problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work on‑site in Cairo.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or communications is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
• Professional attitude, resilience under pressure and commitment to delivering a positive experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software.
• Experience using contact‑center systems and online communication tools.
