English to Arabic Translator – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a fluent English‑to‑Arabic translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scenarios to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by evaluating correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
• Design and script novel dialogues to teach bots appropriate responses.
• Report findings and suggest improvements to enhance model accuracy.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
