About the role

We are seeking an energetic, English‑speaking Server to join our vibrant restaurant team in Cairo. As the front‑line ambassador, you will deliver exceptional service, create memorable dining experiences, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of the menu, specials, and preparation methods.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and dining areas in line with food‑safety standards.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with courtesy and problem‑solving skills.
• Perform side‑work duties such as restocking supplies, cleaning stations, and preparing the dining space.
• Adapt to Cairo’s warm climate and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, especially during peak periods.
