Enterprise Application Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade business applications across collaboration, ERP, workflow automation, and identity management platforms. The role involves delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions that meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support enterprise applications and business solutions.
• Implement and maintain platforms for collaboration, ERP, workflow automation, and service management.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Customize applications to align with business and operational requirements.
• Automate business workflows with BPM and workflow orchestration tools.
• Configure authentication and authorization using IAM solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• 6–12+ years of experience in enterprise application development, platform customization, or system integration.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
