About the role

Egypt Best Properties (EBP) is seeking a fresh, full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its team in 6th of October City. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting property listings, conducting client viewings, and assisting senior agents throughout negotiations and closing procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of property listings.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property viewings for buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Assist senior agents with negotiations and closing processes.
• Maintain accurate property records and update listing information.
• Learn local market trends and coordinate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Graduate degree (any field) with a valid driver’s license and access to a car (preferred).
• Possession of, or active pursuit of, a Real Estate License.
• Strong interest in building a long‑term career in real estate.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation, communication, and listening skills.
• Sales and negotiation abilities with a client‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to quickly learn basic real‑property concepts and local market dynamics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
