Maintenance Engineer (Heavy Equipment)

About the role

ICPM is seeking a Maintenance Engineer specialized in heavy equipment to lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and power‑train failures.
• Monitor equipment performance and anticipate potential failures.
• Ensure maximum equipment availability and minimise unplanned downtime.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, work orders, spare parts and records.
• Supervise technicians during inspection, repair and overhaul tasks.
• Analyse recurring breakdowns and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with company HSE and maintenance procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in heavy‑equipment maintenance (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, power‑trains and mechanical systems.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
