Events & Tenant Operation Specialist

About the role

The Events & Tenant Operation Specialist ensures the smooth execution of both visitor events and tenant activities on the Giza Plateau. Acting as the central liaison between external organizers, tenants, and internal OPE departments, the role supports world-class visitor experiences at Egypt’s iconic heritage site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate event organizers with OPE teams such as Security, Facilities, Marketing, Visitor Experience and HSE to guarantee seamless event delivery.
• Provide on-site support for third-party events, monitor adherence to plans, and respond quickly to operational issues.
• Communicate with tenants about operational matters, maintenance schedules and emergency procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments (Facilities, Security, Marketing, Leasing) to address tenant needs and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections of tenant areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, quality standards and proper presentation.
• Handle tenant inquiries, requests and complaints, delivering timely and policy-aligned resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, lease agreements and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in event operations and logistics.
• Experience in tenant operations, property or retail/F&B facility management, preferably within a multi-unit or landmark destination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
