Executive Housekeeper

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the housekeeping and laundry teams to maintain high standards.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste and supporting green initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and refining budgets to maximise profitability.
• Handle special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members.
• Participate in deep‑cleaning projects and provide hands‑on support during peak periods.
• Educate staff on compliance with federal, state, local laws and safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Direct supervisory experience over housekeeping/laundry teams, or a comparable mix of education and work experience.
• Fluency in the local language(s).
• Additional qualifications may be required per brand standards.
