About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary to provide high‑level administrative support to senior management in our Heliopolis office. The position is full‑time and requires managing communications, scheduling, and documentation with precision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and arrange meetings.
- Prepare, edit, and file correspondence and reports.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Maintain filing systems and confidential records.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Resident of Heliopolis or nearby neighborhoods.
Required skills
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft Excel.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (advantage).
