About the role
The Export Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships for FCG in international markets within the Food & Beverages sector. The role focuses on identifying new export opportunities, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian and destination‑country regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional export sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors and key accounts in strategic markets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimise pricing, positioning and promotional strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, rebate programmes and credit terms in coordination with Finance.
- Oversee the full export process from order confirmation to shipment, ensuring accurate documentation (COO, EUR1, B/L, health certificates).
- Coordinate with Export Logistics, Production and Supply Chain to guarantee on‑time shipment and cold‑chain integrity.
- Represent FCG at international trade exhibitions and build networks with export councils and trade offices.
Required profile
- Proven experience in export sales within the Food & Beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian export regulations, foreign‑currency requirements and international trade agreements.
- Ability to manage distributor relationships through business reviews and joint plans.
- Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Required skills
- Export documentation (Certificate of Origin, EUR1, Bill of Lading, health and phytosanitary certificates).
- Customs clearance and export control compliance.
- Freight logistics coordination and cold‑chain management.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
