Export Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Account Manager will drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships for FCG in key international markets within the Food & Beverages sector. You will identify new export opportunities, manage distributor relationships, and ensure compliance with Egyptian and destination‑country regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional export sales strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and appoint new distributors and key accounts in strategic markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimise pricing, positioning and promotional tactics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, rebate programmes and credit terms in coordination with Finance.
• Oversee the full export process from order confirmation to shipment, ensuring accurate documentation (COO, EUR1, B/L, health certificates).
• Coordinate with Export Logistics, Production and Supply Chain to guarantee on‑time shipment and cold‑chain integrity.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, sell‑through data and promotional execution.
• Represent FCG at international trade exhibitions and build networks with export councils and trade offices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in export sales within the Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian export regulations, foreign‑currency requirements and international trade agreements.
• Ability to analyse market dynamics, pricing trends and currency fluctuations.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑management skills with distributors and key accounts.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and distributor visits.

Required skills

• Export documentation handling (Certificate of Origin, EUR1, Bill of Lading, health and phytosanitary certificates).
