Export Sales Manager – Drive International Growth

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to lead our international expansion from our New Cairo office. The successful candidate will design and execute export strategies, build strong relationships with overseas clients, and drive revenue growth across new markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust export sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and penetrate new international markets through market research and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
• Negotiate and close high‑value export deals with favorable terms.
• Manage the full export sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfillment and after‑sales support.
• Oversee export logistics and documentation, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to global clientele and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Mentor junior sales team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
