Export & Sales Specialist – International Trade

About the role

We are seeking an Export & Sales Specialist to manage international client relations and oversee the export process for agricultural products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with international importers and clients, and prepare price quotations (FOB / CFR / CIF).
• Follow each shipment from contract to delivery and payment collection.
• Prepare and follow up on export documents: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate.
• Coordinate with the agricultural quarantine authority, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet shipping deadlines.
• Keep client records and report on export performance.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in export (agricultural products or herbs preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Well organized and able to work under tight shipping deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
