Export Sales Supervisor - FMCG

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Holding, a leading shopping mall, retail, communities and entertainment developer and operator in the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, is hiring an Export Sales Supervisor for its FMCG business at the Egypt head office. The role handles and manages all international trade aspects (import and export) between MAF countries, requiring in-depth knowledge of global trade, strong organization and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
• Negotiate goods specifications and prices with suppliers to meet the needs of each country.
• Prepare export documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure goods are exported on time, in the right quantities and quality, and in the most efficient way.
• Ensure local import and export regulations are followed and anticipate their evolution.
• Propose new sourcing opportunities and supplier partnerships based on market knowledge of FMCG product categories.
• Build and maintain relationships with international suppliers and partners to support sourcing and business growth.
• Analyze sales performance, supplier data and market trends to support commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field; Supply Chain or Logistics specialization preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in import/export operations within the FMCG industry.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, working daily with data, reports and performance metrics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, to communicate with international suppliers, freight forwarders and external stakeholders.
• Commercial and sales-oriented mindset, able to source suppliers and evaluate opportunities.
