Export Sales Supervisor – International Market Lead

About the role

The Export Sales Supervisor will lead the export sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets while expanding our presence in international markets. Based in 10th of Ramadan City, the role involves close interaction with customers, distributors, and internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the export sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers and distributors.
• Manage the full export order cycle from confirmation through shipment and delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s footprint abroad.
• Prepare quotations, offers, and detailed sales reports.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, and other functions to guarantee smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and annual export sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in export sales, preferably within the food industry.
• Proven experience supervising or leading a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of international markets and export procedures.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship management abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
