Facilities Manager

About the role

ASA is seeking a full‑time Facilities Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of its residential and commercial properties in the 6th of October area. You will ensure that all sites are safe, functional, and aligned with the company’s sustainability standards while providing excellent service to tenants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple properties.
• Oversee vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Develop and control facility budgets, implementing cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and conduct regular inspections.
• Respond promptly to tenant and stakeholder requests.
• Supervise building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.

Required profile

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in the real‑estate sector, preferably in compounds or malls.
• Proven experience managing teams and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and building code compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and environmental compliance is a plus.
