Facilities Team Leader

About the role

The Facilities Team Leader is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations of all non‑GMP facilities, including offices, administrative areas, civil works, elevators, plumbing, and furniture. The role ensures that these environments remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained while supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for non‑GMP areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance of building systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize disruption to operations.
• Oversee external contractors, technical services, and third‑party agents to meet organizational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in facilities maintenance and team coordination.
• Proven ability to supervise technicians and contractors.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP‑PM or other Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Knowledge of plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of civil works.
• Knowledge of elevator systems.
