Factory Internal Logistics Lead (Warehouse)

About the role

The Factory Internal Logistics Lead is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and internal transport activities within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures smooth receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, supporting production lines and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Execute goods receipt tasks, including booking and unloading trucks.
• Create shipping documents and issue goods for COP, spare parts, and quality returns.
• Manage internal transport of external and pre‑produced goods such as metal parts.
• Carry out warehouse activities, including material handling and storage.
• Prepare materials for line feeding (picking/set) and execute milkrun deliveries to points of use.
• Handle internal movement of empty boxes, returns, waste, and scrap.
• Conduct annual inventory counting and reconcile discrepancies.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehousing processes and internal material flow.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with production, quality, and materials teams.
