About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self‑starter to join our Marketplace team as a Fashion Account Manager focused on seller acquisition. In this role you will help grow the third‑party (3P) fashion marketplace in Egypt by attracting high‑value sellers and expanding product selection for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the fashion market segment, seasonality, global trends and competitor activity.
- Identify, prospect and acquire high‑potential sellers through direct sales visits, events and presentations.
- Analyze product selection gaps and execute go‑to‑market strategies to close those gaps.
- Guide sellers on best practices, data‑driven insights and performance metrics to achieve delivery, customer experience and business targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve seller issues and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional or military experience.
- Proven experience in prospecting, qualifying and cold‑calling companies.
- Track record of exceeding sales goals, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
- Account and stakeholder management experience, ideally within the fashion industry.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
