F&B Server – Luxury Hotel in Cairo

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is seeking a full‑time Food & Beverage Server to join its renowned dining team. In this position you will deliver a seamless, high‑quality dining experience to guests in a luxury hotel environment, upholding the Four Seasons standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and take orders with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to presentation standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond to requests quickly and clear tables unobtrusively.
• Maintain uniform and payroll procedures as required by hotel policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service flow.
• Uphold hygiene, safety and Four Seasons brand standards at all times.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of luxury hotel food‑and‑beverage service concepts.
• Creative, talented and able to work full‑time in a fast‑paced environment.
