About the role

We are looking for a motivated Female Retail Sales Associate to join Go native’s store in Cairo Festival City District 5. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Process POS transactions accurately, handling various payment methods.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper product display, and support stock replenishment.
• Keep the sales area organized and provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Presentable, customer‑oriented and able to work as part of a team.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting sales targets.
