Field Sales Associate – FMCG (Minia)

About the role

As a Field Sales Associate you will drive FMCG sales for Majid Al Futtaim Retail in the Minia region. You will build and nurture relationships with small and medium businesses, creating new revenue streams and strengthening the brand’s presence on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a detailed business plan to capture revenue from identified prospects.
• Prospect and hunt for new businesses across the region.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients, focusing on excellence and long‑term partnership.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast, and activity tracking.
• Own the field sales deck and tailor the value proposition for the local market.
• Position Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s competitive offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with operations to prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of B2B field sales or analytics sales experience.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, especially client acquisition.
• Understanding of digital ecosystems and e‑commerce environments.
• Experience selling solutions, preferably in the retail sector.
