Field Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

The Field Technician is responsible for the installation, dismantling, maintenance, repair, calibration and set‑up of all Cosmofun and affiliated machines across various sites. The role ensures that equipment operates safely and efficiently while complying with quality and health‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Cosmofun machines and related equipment on‑site.
• Perform emergency, unscheduled and scheduled repairs during service hours.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to approved schedules.
• Maintain detailed logs of all work performed and submit required reports.
• Coordinate with the RG workshop team for components returned for workshop repairs.
• Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 safety and quality guidelines.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of all field machines and their interfaces.
• Strong technical background in electronics and electromechanics.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Highly innovative, proactive, sociable and able to work in diverse environments.
• Technical Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.
