Finance Director – Luxury Bedding & Home Fashion

About the role

Grand Style, a leading luxury bedding and home fashion house in Egypt, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to steer its financial strategy and governance. This senior executive role will support sustainable growth and strategic decision‑making across manufacturing, retail, and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with long‑term business objectives.
• Design, implement and continuously improve corporate governance and internal control frameworks.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and strategic planning, delivering actionable insights to the executive team.
• Optimize financial processes through ERP systems, automation, approval workflows and real‑time reporting.
• Analyze manufacturing, retail and logistics costs to enhance profitability while maintaining brand standards.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships and treasury management.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations, accounting standards, audit requirements and corporate governance best practices.
• Partner with senior leaders and department heads to support expansion plans and investment decisions.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Finance Director, Financial Controller or CFO.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG or multi‑branch organisations is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, ACCA or CFA are considered a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo or equivalent).
• Strong financial modeling and budgeting capabilities.
