Finance Lecturer for AI Training (Remote, Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance lecturers to help shape the way AI systems understand and explain financial concepts. This remote, task‑based contract lets you work on your own schedule while directly influencing AI‑driven financial reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate finance‑related questions, answers, and explanations used for AI training.
• Assess the accuracy and clarity of topics such as corporate valuation, risk modeling, and market behavior.
• Identify common misconceptions and logical gaps in AI‑generated financial reasoning.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI output quality and reliability.
• Work independently and asynchronously, delivering results on a flexible weekly commitment (10–40 hours).

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching finance or economics at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics.
• Ability to evaluate written financial reasoning with precision and clarity.
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently.
• Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
• Industry experience (investment banking, asset management, consulting) and familiarity with AI model evaluation are nice to have.
