Finance Manager - Group Reporting, Consolidation & FP&A

About the role

Santechture is hiring a Finance Manager for its growing, multi-country healthcare technology group. The role covers group reporting, consolidation and FP&A, driving financial performance across UAE, KSA, Qatar and Egypt. It is based in Cairo and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation across UAE, KSA, Qatar and Egypt, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Prepare group management reporting packs, analyse financial performance and highlight key drivers, risks and variances
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting, maintain financial models and deliver variance, margin and profitability analysis
• Maintain group cash flow forecasts and monitor collections, receivables, working capital, DSO, FX exposure and liquidity risks
• Support audits, statutory and tax compliance and ensure strong financial controls across group entities

Required profile

• 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience, including group reporting, consolidation and FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA/CA or equivalent preferred
• Hands-on experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-country and multi-currency groups
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and English communication
• Bonus: Big 4 or reputable audit experience, GCC market exposure, or experience in SaaS, technology, professional services or healthcare

Required skills

• Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance and margin analysis, and cash flow forecasting
• Advanced Excel
• Good working knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems
