Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a conscientious and driven Finance Manager to join our thriving Savills Middle East Egypt office. Based at Arkan Plaza, Sheikh Zayed, you will take full responsibility for asset reporting and manage all finance‑related functions for assigned properties, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Execute month‑end and year‑end close activities in line with IFRS and group policies.
• Prepare and reconcile balance‑sheet schedules and general‑ledger accounts.
• Support accounts payable and receivable teams, review bad‑debt provisioning and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee payroll accounting entries and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Produce monthly financial reports for internal management and regional consolidation.
• Ensure statutory reporting, local compliance, and adherence to internal controls.
• Act as primary contact for internal and external auditors, preparing audit schedules and co‑leading audits.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Qualified CPA, CMA or CA.
• Minimum 6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in professional services, real estate or multi‑entity organisations.
• Audit background (Big 4 or reputable firm) is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Hands‑on experience with general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets and month‑end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, Sun Systems or Hyperion.
