About the role

As a Finance Manager at Procter & Gamble, you will support brand‑category financial analysis and drive value‑creation initiatives across the business. Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability with experience gathering insights from data.
• Excellent communication skills to convey analysis into clear strategies.
• Proven collaboration skills for effective teamwork across functions.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and analysis techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills
