Finance Manager - Pharmaceutical

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic pharmaceutical company. The role is central to maintaining the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Develop financial strategies that align with short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and financial standards.
• Analyze financial performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain and other departments to streamline financial processes and improve cost efficiency.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, implementing controls to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards and pharma industry practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Exceptional analytical ability and comfort interpreting complex financial data.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
