Finance Specialist – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Finance Specialist to join our multinational team in Cairo. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on local finance processes and support cross‑border projects while developing a solid foundation in accounting and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting tasks and month‑end close activities.
• Support financial reporting and data preparation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure accurate financial information.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an asset.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
