Financial Accountant – Hybrid, Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join Tribe X Digital’s finance team in Cairo. The position is full‑time and hybrid, allowing a mix of office and remote work. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting timely reporting for the company’s luxury marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and post general ledger entries and produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, perform bank and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in budget preparation and provide variance analysis to management.
• Generate financial reports using the company’s accounting software and ensure compliance with Egyptian tax and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audit activities and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Proven experience preparing financial statements and working with reporting standards.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment and managing tasks independently.
