About the role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support our real‑estate divisions and projects. The role involves preparing financial reports, building models, and assisting with financing and M&A activities while ensuring data accuracy across departments.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse periodic financial reports and performance metrics for real‑estate divisions and projects.
- Develop, maintain, and validate financial models, forecasts, and business plans to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support financing and M&A activities through financial due diligence, transaction analysis, and preparation of investment materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain data accuracy and resolve portfolio issues.
- Conduct ad‑hoc analyses, monitor economic trends, and assist junior analysts as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably within real‑estate.
- Fluent business English.
