Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to lead our finance operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support profitability and growth. The role is based on‑site at Mall of Arabia in 6th of October City and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Oversee accounting processes using Zoho Books.
• Monitor expenses, enforce financial policies and conduct budget variance analysis.
• Implement cost‑control initiatives and track project profitability.
• Review vendor agreements to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control, accounting or finance operations.
• Hands‑on expertise with Zoho Books and Zoho Expense.
• Strong analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
