Financial Controller – Real Estate & Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our diversified investment group operating in real estate, hospitality, and agriculture. Based in Cairo, you will travel regularly to our sites in Sokhna, Luxor, and Hurghada to ensure consistent financial oversight across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management for multiple entities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive financial governance, process improvements, and operational efficiencies across the Group.
• Partner with executive management to optimise overall financial performance.
• Oversee finance operations for real estate, hospitality, and agriculture businesses.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior finance leadership roles.
• Proven experience in real estate and hospitality sectors.
• Background in diversified groups or multi‑entity organisations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, costing, taxation, and internal controls.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel regularly to Sokhna, Luxor, and Hurghada.
