Financial Supervisor

About the role

The Financial Supervisor will oversee the end‑to‑end accounts receivable process for TCL's Middle‑East & Africa Business Group in Egypt. You will ensure timely cash collection, accurate bookkeeping, and compliance with local tax regulations while supporting cross‑functional financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle: invoicing, reconciliation, payment tracking, overdue collection, aging analysis, bad‑debt provision and settlement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on overdue receivables and ensure timely clearance.
• Liaise with banks, tax agents, SAP, the Egyptian Social Insurance Authority and suppliers for daily treasury and banking matters.
• Review invoices, expense reports and supporting documents for accuracy, business reasonableness and tax compliance.
• Monitor Egypt’s VAT, CIT, stamp duty and other tax regulations; verify supplier tax invoices, complete filings and support tax inspections.
• Coordinate with local administration, HR and business teams on payroll calculations, inventory counts and project budget tracking.
• Support annual and internal group audits; organize financial vouchers, contracts, tax returns and archival documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounts receivable management and cash‑collection processes.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, CIT, stamp duty) and tax filing procedures.
• Ability to work closely with sales, treasury, HR and audit teams.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation and filing skills.
