FinOps Specialist – Financial Operations

About the role
Join Maersk’s Finance Operations team as a FinOps Specialist, supporting global trade by managing financial processes and ensuring accurate reporting. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions and streamline accounting functions.
- Develop plans for financial growth and evaluate risk.
- Coordinate audit processes and handle intercompany billing.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and monitor internal controls.
- Oversee income statement preparation and participate in budgeting cycles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to SAP/ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
