Fit-Out Manager

About the role

JLL is hiring a Fit-Out Manager in Cairo to manage and coordinate architectural fit-out activities for retail, food and beverage (F&B) and commercial units. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, approved specifications and mall requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all architectural fit-out activities for retail units, F&B outlets and commercial spaces.
• Review tenant design submissions, shop drawings, material specifications and fit-out proposals.
• Work with tenants, consultants, contractors and mall operations to ensure compliance with approved requirements.
• Carry out regular site inspections and monitor fit-out works against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural works with MEP and other disciplines, and follow up on technical observations, corrective actions and progress.
• Support the implementation and enforcement of the mall's RDD / Fit-out requirements and approved design guidelines.
• Maintain communication with tenants and stakeholders, prepare technical reports and follow up on work progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RDD, fit-out, architectural supervision or project coordination.
• Experience in retail, shopping malls, F&B or commercial projects is highly preferred.
• On-site presence in Cairo, Egypt.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications and fit-out processes.
• Good understanding of RDD standards and fit-out requirements in major commercial projects.
• Communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to supervise directly on site and work within a multidisciplinary team.
