Fleet Control Tower Sr. Associate

About the role

The Fleet Control Tower Sr. Associate is a safety‑focused position within the Supply Chain function, based in Cairo and supporting the EMEA region. Working in a 24/7 rotational shift, the role monitors fleet driver activities in real time, validates incidents, and ensures compliance with legal and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform live monitoring across eight fleet platforms to detect safety violations.
• Validate reported incidents for accuracy and determine true breaches.
• Communicate corrective actions to drivers in English and Arabic.
• Escalate high‑risk situations to senior management following the escalation matrix.
• Maintain detailed shift records for audit readiness.
• Analyze driver behavior using big‑data sources and produce actionable reports.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and system providers to improve processes and tools.

Required profile

• 0–1 year experience in a call centre, shared services, or fleet operations environment.
• High proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to work across diverse geographies and cultures.

• Strong computer literacy with multi‑system navigation.
