Fleet Manager

About the role

JTI is seeking a proactive Fleet Manager to lead its fleet operations in Cairo, Egypt. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable vehicle management while supporting the company’s broader environmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all fleet activities across the market, guaranteeing high availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with JTI standards, local legal requirements, and EHS policies for safe fleet operations.
• Optimize total cost of ownership through cost control, supplier management, and utilization optimization.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives by introducing new tools, systems, and data‑driven insights for planning, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Drive green mobility projects, including low‑emission vehicle adoption, fuel‑efficiency measures, and sustainability improvements aligned with global targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong background in mechanical and management systems.
• Proven experience with fleet operations, supplier management, and cost optimisation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
