Fleet Quality Senior Manager

About the role

The Fleet Quality Senior Manager will lead the development and enforcement of Bosta’s internal “houserules” that govern Star (courier) performance. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work cross‑functionally to analyse driver behaviour, design quality‑boosting initiatives and ensure consistent application of policies across the fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Define, refine and monitor Bosta’s houserules and ensure they are applied effectively.
• Develop strategies to detect and prevent fraudulent activities by Stars.
• Analyse Star behaviours, create tools and methodologies to improve overall fleet quality.
• Lead a large team of coordinators responsible for daily rule enforcement.
• Collaborate with product, operations and other teams to streamline Star touchpoints and optimise policies.
• Use Star insights to inform product and service enhancements.
• Advocate for Stars within the organisation and manage relationships with them.
• Produce high‑level analysis, reporting and corrective action plans based on project results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or fleet management.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
