Flights & Reservations Coordinator – Cairo

About the role

As our Flights & Reservations Coordinator, you'll help make these journeys possible across Egypt, by ensuring every booking and flight detail is in place for our travellers. From arranging on‑the‑ground transport, accommodation and activities to managing flight itineraries, ticketing and supplier communications, you'll keep things running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange on‑the‑ground transport, accommodation and activities for travellers.
• Manage flight itineraries, ticketing and supplier communications.
• Maintain accurate booking data across all systems.
• Communicate reservation details and cancellations to suppliers.
• Document best practices for land and air bookings.
• Source and price flight options for tailored trips.
• Issue tickets and reconcile payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tourism or travel, especially reservations, flight operations or contracting.
• Confident use of travel booking systems for flights and accommodation.
• Experience providing customer service via phone, email or live chat.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and travel systems such as Salesforce or GDS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
