About the role
The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the Food & Beverage department at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will ensure smooth communication between kitchen, service teams, sales, purchasing and hotel management, helping to deliver high‑quality service across all outlets, banquets and catering events.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily F&B operations across restaurants, bars, room service and banquet functions.
- Assist in staff scheduling, monitor staffing levels and distribute banquet event orders (BEOs) to relevant departments.
- Maintain F&B records, prepare performance reports (sales, labor and food costs) and support inventory tracking.
- Update menus, pricing and POS systems as required.
- Work with Sales and Events teams to communicate event details, attend pre‑function meetings and follow up on guest feedback.
- Monitor food and beverage cost control, assist with monthly inventory counts and track supplier orders and invoices.
- Address guest inquiries, coordinate between departments to resolve operational issues and support training of new team members.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
