FP&A Manager – CAPEX (PO1)

About the role

PepsiCo North Africa is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead CAPEX planning and execution. The role will support business case development, financial modelling, and investment recommendations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present business cases, financial models and investment alternatives for approval.
• Track actual CAPEX spend, generate monthly variance reports and explain deviations.
• Develop financial monitoring tools and management reports to highlight CAPEX or transaction variances.
• Coordinate with control, engineering, sourcing and FSS teams to ensure accurate accounting during month‑end and year‑end close.
• Lead the preparation of detailed CAPEX plans, depreciation calculations and presentations for AOP, quarterly forecasts, IGP, MBR and BSR.
• Conduct post‑audit CAPEX reviews as required.

Required profile

• Finance or Economics degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with experience in CAPEX management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, sourcing and finance teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
