FP&A Manager

About the role

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for Bosta, an overnight delivery provider serving e‑commerce businesses in Egypt. The role will partner with business lines, build comprehensive financial models and support board and investor communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process end‑to‑end and maintain a rolling 12‑month forecast updated monthly.
• Quantify monthly budget‑forecast variances by root cause and present clear commentary to leadership.
• Own the forecast accuracy KPI and continuously improve the planning methodology.
• Maintain and evolve Bosta’s integrated multi‑currency financial model covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and unit economics.
• Update the 5‑year business plan each quarter and run scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
• Serve as finance partner to business line leaders, translating operational plans into P&L impact.
• Build bottoms‑up revenue models and challenge cost assumptions for realistic unit economics.
• Define, calculate and maintain the unit economics framework across all business lines and geographies.
• Prepare financial data, charts and commentary for board presentations, investor updates and fundraising materials.
• Manage and develop senior financial analysts, setting priorities and reviewing their work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Ability to develop and manage senior financial analysts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
