About the role

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international agency on a freelance basis. You will own the full recruitment cycle for high‑volume, on‑camera talent roles, enjoying complete flexibility and the ability to scale your earnings without limits.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for live studio and presenter positions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from initial contact to placement.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality matches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, high‑quality hires.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for continuous hiring demand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruitment, preferably high‑volume.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong communication and candidate‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on successful placements.
