Freelance Trainer

About the role

Mindship is seeking a Freelance Trainer to deliver management and professional development programs that blend performance with enjoyment and well‑being. This remote contract position involves creating engaging learning materials and facilitating live virtual sessions for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive training content, exercises, and case studies aligned with client needs.
• Facilitate live virtual workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions using online platforms.
• Assess client requirements, customize modules, and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Collaborate with Mindship’s internal team to maintain quality standards and contribute ideas for new programs.
• Maintain accurate training records, collect participant evaluations, and continuously improve course materials based on outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven facilitation experience delivering interactive workshops and virtual sessions.
• Strong instructional design ability to create clear, engaging learning materials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on a contract basis, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to a human‑centered, non‑discriminatory approach that values enjoyment and well‑being.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Psychology, HR, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
