About the role

EGXPRESS, a licensed FedEx partner, is looking for a proactive Freight Forwarding Sales Executive to drive growth and maintain high‑level service for our logistics clients. You will be responsible for negotiating freight rates, expanding our carrier network, and delivering tailored shipping solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Negotiate shipping freight rates with carriers and airlines using internal and external tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Expand and cultivate the company’s carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.
  • Generate new business leads, qualify opportunities, and prepare customer quotations.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and quarterly business plans.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to assess daily and weekly shipping needs.
  • Ensure timely shipment of client freight loads and resolve issues quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams for smooth delivery.
  • Develop and manage a database of prospective clients and retain existing accounts.
  • Conduct commercial visits and follow up on pipeline reporting in the CRM system.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics, freight forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the freight forwarding market.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
