French Account Manager

About the role

MICO WORLD is seeking a French Account Manager to join its Cairo office. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with French‑speaking partners, clients, and content creators, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and support French‑speaking anchors, partners and clients on the platform.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide guidance and help optimise activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, marketing and product to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Analyse account performance data, prepare regular reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Support campaigns and promotions targeting French‑speaking markets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in account management, customer success, business development or partnerships, preferably in digital media, live streaming, gaming or social platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with KPIs and performance data.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cairo and thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
