French Customer Service Representative (On-site)

About the role

Intelcia is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, providing timely assistance and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in French via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Resolve issues, answer questions, and guide customers through processes.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written French.
